With a greater understanding of the ground beneath us and the microclimate we grow grapes, we are in a unique position to explore a broader portfolio of wines than the majority of our neighbors. The growing of our grapes and the ensuing wine that we produce are at the highest quality across the portfolio - no one wine is treated differently due to its qualitative potential, the wines are treated differently due to the natural phenomenon of “terroir.”
“Larkmead is blessed with a diverse Estate that based on soil profile alone is a ‘snapshot’ of the entire Napa Valley.”
-Dan Petroski, Winemaker

3 Small lot fermenters allow us to caption the unique terroir of each vineyard parcel.
