Tasting Notes
Deep ruby-red color; intensely aromatic nose of ripe blackberry, black cherry and sweet cedar/spice notes with hints of licorice; a concentrated palate with a core of sweet black raspberry fruit, hints of black olive and a broad mid-palate that carries through to a long, supple finish. Soft mouth-coating tannins allow the persistent finish to unfold across the palate.
