"Purple/black color. Striking aromatics of cola, dark blackberry, smoked meat and bacon fat. The palate is immediately richly textured and creamy with sweet red fruits evolving to black cherry and a dark hoisin component. Tannins are full, rich and dense yet the wine retains elegance and vibrancy on a bright acid-driven finish. Decant for an hour in its youth to allow the wine's strong fruit core to unfold and cellar for up to five years."
