Shipping & Order Policy
Shipping charges include freight, packaging, and insurance. We usually prepare your order and ship it within a week or less of receipt, but cannot guarantee a specific turn-around time.
We can currently only ship to the following states:
AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY
(If you live in a state we cannot ship to, you may wish to obtain an account at a CA wine storage facility, where we can ship you wine any time you wish. Contact us for details.)
Please note that, due to our uncompromising standards of quality and excellence in our wines, we only ship Federal Express 2-Day Air (excluding orders to CA which are shipped via GSO). We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This is to ensure that wine is delivered to you before a weekend. Please contact us if you have a special request.
During hot summer temperatures, we may not ship your wine immediately. Our shipping company monitors temperatures regularly and will hold orders until temperatures are safe. You may expedite your order from 2-Day to Next Day service for quicker delivery by contacting the winery (additional charges will apply).
In accordance with FedEx and state regulations, we can only deliver wine when an adult signature is obtained. We strongly recommend using a business address for your shipment. Wine cannot be left at the delivery address without a signature under any circumstances. Also, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
